This time the director has his eye on the new Wii shooter Zombie Massacre which he'll shoot in Vancouver on a $6 million budget and that'll be released in 2009. Boll said: "I want to make this movie more creepy than House of the Dead, which was intended to be funny and campy," and continues, "I'd like Zombie Massacre to be a harsh zombie movie like 28 Days Later."

The indie feature Second Coming directed by Jose Cassella (DELIVERY) has concluded post-production with a team that included L.A.-based Mike Matzdorff. Matzdorff's credits include Fight Club, Analyze This and Meet Joe Black among others.
Composer Angelo Milli completed the powerful score for the film, presented in 5.1 Dolby surround sound. His credits include La Mujer de mi hermano, Secuestro Express and Santanas.
The psychological thriller was shot on location in and around Orlando. Nearly 90 percent of cast and crew utilized were locals, with students from Florida film school Full Sail comprising a large percentage of crew.
The unique partnership allowed producer Jose Yacaman to maximize the indie budget and also tap into industry vet Valek Sykes for special effects make-up. Sykes and his Tech-Works Studios' credits include Garfield, War of the Worlds, Minority Report, The Cat in the Hat, Spiderman 2 and the highly anticipated sci fi film "I Am Legend" starring Will Smith.
"Our production team was able to leverage our relationship with Full Sail to utilize top-of-the-line equipment and cameras we wouldn't have access to otherwise, without a much larger budget," said producer Yacaman, of Yacaman Productions. "We were able to provide students with real world, hands-on experience that is priceless for them also."
Second Coming is the story of identical twin sisters who have a special psychic bond. When one of them is murdered, she begins sending chilling visions from the grave to help her twin sister find her body and the killer.
"We wanted to make a thriller with several layers to it.multiple storylines happening simultaneously, not just one,"said Cassella.
Casella - whose horror flick Delivery was just released nationwide on DVD -- specifically chose exotic Florida locations that provided the right character and mood to the story, including locations such as the historic Weeki Wachee Springs, and the hauntingly beautiful Blue Spring State Park. The film takes the viewer on a journey, as the lead character assumes her dead sister's identity to trap the killer.
The film stars Juliet Reeves (Automation Transfusion, All Wrapped Up, Zombies! Zombies! Zombies! Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector", CSI: Miami and), Greg Thompson (3: The Dale Earnhardt Story, Crystal River, One Tree Hill, Dawson's Creek, Jack O'Lantern), Annie Maleski (Surface) and Honduran heartthrob Ruben Aleman .
Second Coming, LLC, is currently accepting indications of interest for distribution of the film. More about this and everything you need over at the official site. Also, dont forget to check out the trailer for Second Coming right here!
