SAW V is about to start shooting on March 17th and IGN spoke to Scott Patterson who will be reprising his role as FBI agent Strahm from SAW IV. When asked what the film is going to be about, Scott Patterson couldn't really say too much: "They don't give you much. And we're not really permitted to talk about it. The level of secrecy…I signed all these forms. They could take away my house if I mentioned a storyline." Patterson has not only signed for the fifth instalment but also for SAW VI but says, in regard of that film: "Well, they can kill off any character at any time – as you've seen. I'll be doing V and I'm signed for VI – but that doesn't mean I'll actually be in it or do it. It's their option." If interested, you can check out the full interview on IGN TV
here in which he talks about how he came to join the Saw franchise among other things, (like why the film could use even more blood!)
